There are many unique varieties of citrus and the Kieffer Lime is definitely one of them. You don’t peel and eat them as you would a mandarin or juice them like you would an orange. You may have tasted their fragrant flavor in Thai cuisine, especially in a curry paste. The fruit itself is strange looking, resembling the look of a brain. The zest and rind oil are extremely aromatic. This is just one of the fun citrus varieties that we enjoy growing and introducing to the consumer.
